There have been other designers who have striven to define a minimalist lifestyle, but usually their particular visions soon become claustrophobic.  The minimalist movement, of which I am a part, is based on orderly constructions.  In other words, it's not the first place you'd expect to find a smart, modern restaurant, done up in minimalist finery, with a talented chef in the kitchen.
